Approved Government Agencies

Guardian weighing Sdn. Bhd. has been approved by Weighing and Measure Department under Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer to arrange for stamping and calibration. We are equipped with test block weights ranging from 5Tons to 30Tons.

 

Maintenance Service Agreement

Guardian offer service agreement for preventive maintenance with a choice of the machine being calibrated on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annually basis. Preventive maintenance service includes the following scope of work:

  • Inspection on the equipment
  • General servicing
  • Accuracy test
  • Repair works
  • Calibration
  • Detail calibration report

 

Breakdown Response

Guardian’s standby service team will respond to call made by Customer within four (4) to six (6) working hours for East Malaysia customer. If outside East Malaysia, the respond time will be within or more than six hours. 

Technical support by Guardian Weighing will be available 24 x 7.

 

Safety and Health

Guardian ensure that all his employees, representative and sub-contractor who permitted to enter Customer premise must equip with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to Safety and Health regulations at all times.
