Safety and Health
Guardian ensures that all his employees, representative, and sub-contractor who are permitted to enter the Customer premise must equip with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to Safety and Health regulations at all times.
Approved Government Agencies
Guardian weighing Sdn. Bhd. has been approved by the Weighing and Measure Department under the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer to arrange for stamping and calibration. We are equipped with test block weights ranging from 5Tons to 30Tons.
Breakdown Response
Guardian’s standby service team will respond to calls made by Customers within four (4) to six (6) working hours for East Malaysia customers. If outside East Malaysia, the response time will be within or more than six hours. Technical support by Guardian Weighing will be available 24 x 7.
Maintenance Service Agreement
Guardian offer service agreement for preventive maintenance with a choice of the machine being calibrated on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annually basis. Preventive maintenance service includes the following scope of work:
- Inspection on the

- General servicing
- Accuracy test
- Repair works
- Calibration
- Detail calibration report
